Working for Amazon, in its warehouses, is one of the most grueling experiences any worker can endure. The long hours, lack of safety equipment, and high standards make working for Amazon and sort of manual labor pressure cooker that few can survive. Rather than work to support their workers, Amazon often treats their human resources as disposable. Amazon calculates that if you can’t meet their high standards, they will simply find someone who will.
