And this time, we’re going to stay!

This week, NASA released a video announcing that not only are they preparing for manned missions to the moon, but that they are laying the groundwork for a permanent presence of humanity on the moon. This includes better rockets, including SpaceX rockets, and an orbiting space station that allows modules to come and go from the lunar surface. They have mapped the surface and picked out ideal landing spots and are developing technology to use materials on the moon for rocket fuel, making refueling possible.

The best part is that these missions start in just 5 years, in 2024. Now this is truly something to get excited about!
