A former Soviet republic, the country has a rich culinary tradition that involves the spices of Greece and the Mediterranean while also incorporating some south-central European flair as well. There are delicious vegetables, wonderful loaves of bread and prepared meats. The best part is just the aromatic nature of the food. Too bad Rouges doesn’t come with smell-o-blog because you can be overwhelmed with the smell of this food.
